We have an exciting event planned for August 11 and YOU are invited. We'll be having our first annual Worship Retreat--a day to rehearse, gather, worship, fellowship, and be sent forth for service in 2012-2013. No matter what role you have in worship from Chancel Choir, to Praise Band, to camera, graphics, sound, usher, greeter, host family, acolyte, or Worship Design Team, YOU are invited.
If you or someone you know would like to be involved in worship this year in a new role, let us know and then come to the retreat. When you fill out the RSVP form, just mark the new area in which you are interested in serving. If you have a friend that wants to join us, then direct them to that page as well. Visitors are welcome today, but just be sure to RSVP so we can plan for you.
Date & Time August 11, 2012 - 9:00-11:00am: Chancel Choir rehearsal in the sanctuary
- 11:00am-noon: Commissioning Worship for Praise Band, Choir, and all worship volunteers in the sanctuary. This is an opportunity for you to worship and be sent forth to serve this year. If you are a worship volunteer, please arrive by 11:00am.
- Noon-1:00pm: Combined lunch for Praise Band, Choir, and all worship volunteers in fellowship hall. Join us as we all fellowship and enjoy lunch together.
- 1:00-3:00pm: Praise Band rehearsal in the sanctuary. Choir and volunteers can all go home at 1:00pm.
