Give ba  ck to the needy by running/walking with "The Rock" on Thanksgiving Day. The Ward Parkway Thanksgiving Day Run benefits Harvesters Community Food Network. Harvesters is a Kansas City area food bank that provides food assistance and household products to as many as 66,ooo persons in need every week. "The Rock" is the initiator of this mission event, but family participation is what we hope to achieve. Run for a pumpkin pie while you run off some of that pumpkin pie!When: Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, November 27th. The race starts at 9am.
