"Monticello UMC - The Well" will visit Harvester's Warehouse to provide much-needed service to their growing food pantry operation.  Service time will be spent in the Volunteer Outreach Center (VOC).  VOC is where volunteers sort and repackage food and household items collected at various food drives and donated by the food industry.  Sorting and repackaging helps VOC to prepare for distribution to our various agencies. (For more information on Harvester's and how Harvester's is able to feed 66,000 people each week through volunteer service, check out their web site: www.harvesters.org

Following a day of hard work and support of Harvester's, the Youth Director, Will Demings, has a fun-filled surprise evening for all youth involved in this volunteer activity.

As work will be taking place in a warehouse environment, please note the following:

1.)  Dress casually (jeans and t-shirts and sweatshirts to layer in case it is cool that day.
